Lithuanian Cup winners FC Stumbras Kaunas played their second friendly match during training camp in Turkey. Nasro Bouchareb gave an early lead to Lithuanians but experienced Kazachstan side managed to win 3:1.
Mariano Barreto’s side started the match really well and created few great moments. Vilius Armanavicius made good strike from the distance but it was Kgaogelo Sekgota who took over the show. Player from South Africa absolutely domintated on the left wing and was amazing playing one against one. It was his assist that almost helped Stumbras open the score but Levan Matcharashvili missed his chance.
On 23th minute howewer Stumbras scored the first goal. Lucas Villela made brilliant pass towards Nasro Bouchareb who did his thing – 1:0.
The things however complicated a bit later when Andre Almeida received injury. For some time Lithuanians were left 10 against 11 and after hard mistake in own box Shakhter scored – 1:1.
After only three minutes Kazachstan club made it 2:1. It was another mistake by Stumbras players.
Second half was exciting for the spectators. Both teams had good moments to score but only opponents used their opportunity and the game finished with 3:1.
